Ice Hotel - A hotel built of ice and snow ICEHOTEL is situated in the village Jukkasjärvi, 200 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle in Sweden and 17 kilometers from Kiruna, the nearest town. We were issued temporary (red) Swedish license plates and the "S" country-code decal. Dave added the yellow "prancing moose" decal in the lower left hatch window, which is a lighthearted spoof of the Ferrari "prancing horse" and the Lamborghini "prancing bull".
