Sozopol is one of the oldest Bulgarian coastal towns. Broadly speaking the town is split into two parts – the Old Town and the New town also known as Harmanite. Whilst the new town is worth a visit for its souvenir shops, bars and beaches much of Sozopol’s charm lies in the old town. Whether you are warming up for a long bike ride or just taking the opportunity to relax yoga classes are held daily. Generally these will be outside by the pool or in our dedicated yoga studio, although a beach session can be arranged if the group wishes. Yoga mats, blocks and straps are provided. The sessions are suitable for beginners and the more experienced yoga practitioner and may feature partner yoga and our famous...
